Community Mentoring

Community mentoring

One-to-one support

Mentoring and enrichment opportunities are a key aspect of the support we provide. Mentors offer a wide range of enrichment experiences. The sessions may take place in a coffee shop, gym, library, shopping centre or a place of personal interest to the student.

8-11 year old's' have a focus on play.

12-15 year old's will take part in creative projects.

16-25 year old's are supported to find traineeship's, employment, apprentiships, further educational placements or voluntary opportunities.

Mentors will focus on current relevant PSHE targets taken from government guidelines. Our staff are able to support students by building positive relationships and focusing attention on individual requirements.

Our mentors always model positive behavior choices. They have a clear understanding of the range of issues facing young people today due shared life experiences and continued professional development.
